ReplyDeleteOh! We are so on the same page! I just started the Wardrobe Architect series and I love Kate Davies (not that I can knit any of her things yet) and the Interpretations designers and pattern book (although I don't have it). I am very interested in that Knitting by Numbers and will have to Google and find out what it is. I am a big math person so anything with "numbers" attracts me! LOL! I also love Tilly and The Buttons for patterns and the Blueberry Waffles socks are on my sock list for sure! What a fun year this is going to be and now I can't wait to jump into my projects (this afternoon) and next week to see what everyone is making first thing out of the box! LOL! Happy YOP Year to you!
ReplyDeleteLove it, Lucy. What a fantastic list and they way you have laid it out is very appealing and so easy to picture it being completed with ease.

ReplyDeleteNice! I have New Directions in Sock Knitting, so thanks for the reminder. I'd better work that into my Year! Nice palette too!
ReplyDeleteFabulous :)
ReplyDeleteLucy fab as always! I'm so glad sewing is on there as I do love enjoying seeing your sewing projects, I always wish I could sew better. I am also toying with the From Way Back pattern, it's in the back of my mind for after I finish Herbarium :) Can't wait to see so many of those items start and finish this year!
ReplyDeleteWow, Lucy, you are ambitious! I am awed by your list. I don't know how you manage it with kids and a job!
ReplyDeleteThat is my palette, too! You have great taste. ;)
I have Blueberry Waffle socks on my list too! I yearn for that pattern every time someone posts it on IG or on their blog. I'll be interested in seeing the sock projects you'll have going on.
ReplyDeleteLove your plan! Very do'able and in the end look at the great things you will have to wear that are actually your specific style. I hope to move to more tunic style dresses as I lose more weight--that is my favorite style! Can't wait to see your accomplishments this year...

What a great list. Love the colours you are drawn to.. 'my colours' too. I'll enjoy following your blog posts.
ReplyDeleteI like the style board idea. I think sometimes we are drawn to the next pretty thing without thinking if it is worthy of our time. Very nice :-)
ReplyDeleteI love double knitting - it is so addictive, and I made my first brioche project earlier this year. I love the layout of pictures interspersed through your blog. Looking forward to checking your progress every Sunday.
