A Year of Projects - WIPs

This week has whizzed by - again!
Last weekend I managed to change the keyboard on my computer - I have been working with a lack of U and J keys!!  This has made a 'year of projects update' quite difficult!!  But now feeling qute proud that I managed it and it works!!
Continued with my mitts in Mellifera yarn - I have now finished one and have cast on the second.

Also cast on for a tank style top to wear to work.  I have chosen this camisole and am also knitting it with Mellifera yarn - sport in Cherry.  That means that if I finish them both in time I can enter them into her KAL winter warmers on Ravelry.

Finally, I succombed to some Fyberspates Vivacious in deep plum as it was 10% off!!  Shouldn't have, but have just taken payment for the wedding cake I am doing in March so thought I would treat myself!

Wednesday is my 5 year olds birthday and next Saturday we will be having a party (10 5/6 year olds in the house for a pirate party).  If I survive I will be back next week to tell of it!!
Have a good week :-)

  2. I love the yarns chosen for your projects, especially the wrist warmers. I have never heard of the company before but I will have to check them out.
