Oh my - this month has been busy! I cannot recount what I've been doing as it is just a blur, most of it being work related.
Anyway, we have broken up for the Christmas holiday and now I should be able to have more time for fun things!
I have done little knitting. I have done a little more on Hitchenbrook. I didn't picture it well last time - it was just in a heap. It is actually wrap, not a sweater - eventually it will be long enough to wrap round on itself and the bottom gets sewn to the edge- I will hopefully show you soon!
This is being knit from some yarn from John Arbon Textiles and it is lovely, and I can knit it from memory now, no need for the pattern.
I have also figured out a ptoject that was half finished in the hope that I can make a new cast on sometime in the holiday. And that is one of my Stephen West socks.
I just have the bottom of both socks to do now and the toes and they are done. I do really like them, I just ran out of steam! Hopefully, by next week they will be completed.
I'm off to Somerset tomorrow to see dad before Christmas. I'm just doing it in one day so then I have the rest of the holiday to relax.
So, I wish everyone a lovely holiday and great Christmas if you celebrate ✨️🎉
