A Year of Projects Update - Week 46

Oh, we have been busy this week!  Having been to Thruxton last week for the whole of Sunday, my school had OFSTED in on Tuesday (this is a day in which the school inspectors come in to rate the school for those that don't know) and it was my little boy's birthday on Friday.
I have not neglected my knitting!
HO
I finished one of Thomas's socks and have started the next.
WIP's
I have made progress on peeping cowl - omg I love this and in cashmere it is splendid!
I have also done lots to my socks.  This yarn is gorgeous and I can't wait to wear these.  I am using the blueberry waffle sock pattern which is fabulous and the fish lips kiss heel which I am loving.

Acquisitions
I recieved these this week
These are destined for project bags in the summer.
And finally my little man - he was ill all Friday night but still insisted on his party going ahead - love him so much!!
Join us in our group on Ravelry - we are here.

  1. Love the socks.............getting anxious to try the heel myself. Your cowl is lovely also. Sorry to hear of the young ones illness, but glad he still had his party to enjoy.

  3. I love the color of Thomas's sock. And what a tease! Is that fabric you're going to make into project bags, or project bags you're waiting to use until summer? Can't wait to see them. The print looks pretty and perky. Hope Little Man is feeling better already.
