A Year of Projects Update - week 28

I hope everyone had a lovely week. I had a really relaxing week and I've managed to get on with a few projects.

I finished my Stephen West socks.

I love them and can't believe it took so long to finish them!

I have cast on a further pair of Stephen West socks as a Christmas and New year project.

I have been continuing with Hitchenbrook and am now at 40 inches - just 23 to go!

I have also picked up mums last ptoject.  I salvaged it from her seat on the sofa months ago and have just felt able to start finishing it for her.

Here it is as I found it.

She had some squares she had done, so I have sewn those in and have started to knit more squares to finish it off.

And so that is that for this week - I hope everyone has a lovely new year and so will catch up again in  January  ✨️

  3. What a wonderful tribute to your mother to finish her last piece. I know this was probably one of the hardest projects to work on, but how lovely to have this treasure to curl up with.
