The longest month of the year is done (although I like January on the whole!)
I lost at yarn chicken with my hood so had to order more and luckily woolwarehouse had one skein remaining of the same dye lot. I got a couple of other colours too for some little projects I have planned. Anyway, it came quickly so was able to finish the hood within the week.
Having finished that, I was able to do more work on my Elsk. I am knitting this in leftovers and some John Arbon Textiles Harvest Hues (wood sorrel).
I have completed the colourwork part of the skirt, now it is just round and round!
Otherwise, we went shopping with Thomas and he was able to eat birthday cake by Sunday!!
The weather has not been very nice to be able to do much in the garden, but I have been baking - cookies this time!
Anyway, it should be a quiet week in which much knitting can be done! I hope everyone has a good week 😊
