Year of Projects update - lots of WIP

Short and sweet today as I have no FO but lots of WIP!!
Firstly, the Amy Miller KAL is coming along nicely - although the third one is due out today and I have yet to finish the first!!

The Crocodile scarf is also coming along - I have completed the 20 ridges and now am on to the decreases.
I have also started a KAL with one skein on ravelry - another mystery KAL - this one is only just started and as usual I have no idea what it is!!

The roses are completed but they are packed away for next week so I can't take a pic. Am making the cakes today and icing them in the week so will take a finished pic next week - crossed fingers!

Hope every one has a lovely week - will be at the wedding next week so unlikely to be able to check in!!

  3. I'm always nervous with mystery KALs because I never know if I'm going to love the project at the end of it all. And I almost never have time to fully participate.

    Oh well. I guess that's why I don't do them :)

  5. Love the colours in your Amy Miller KAL ... is it the Plucktember mitts?

Mystery KALs aren't my thing - I can't imagine committing the time and materials without knowing that I'm gonna love it. Your yarn colour is beautiful!

  6. I love the stripes in the MKAL....what fun! I also want to make some of those alligator scarves for my grand children....they would like them I'm sure. The yarns you're using are lovely. Good luck with the cake and have fun at the wedding.....share some pics when you come back!

  7. Is that a striped infinity scarf? It's coming out so well. I really like your progress on that crocodile scarf. It is so fun. I will have to try a mystery KAL one of these days.
